IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship returns to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park for the seventh round of the 12-race season, the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix on Sunday, July 8.
The entry list features 34 cars spread across three WeatherTech Championship classes.
The Prototype (P) class has 14 entries, GT Le Mans (GTLM) has eight entries and GT Daytona (GTD) has 12 entries for the two-hour, 40-minute race.
The Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park will be televised on FS1 on a delayed basis beginning at 4 p.m. ET and will be carried live by IMSA Radio on IMSA.com, RadioLeMans.com and SiriusXM Radio.

- Of 68 drivers on the provisional entry list, 25 of them have at least one previous victory at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park since 1999.
-C7.R Jan Magnussen is the driver in the field with the most CTMP victories with six class wins.

The driver of the No. 3 Corvette Racing Chevrolet Corvette C7.R first won there in the American Le Mans Series GTP class in 1999 and his most recent was a WeatherTech Championship GTLM win in 2014.
Another Corvette driver, Oliver Gavin in the No. 4 machine, is a four-time winner at CTMP.
- Corvette Racing is far and away the winning team at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park with an astonishing 11 total victories at the venue.
It won its class five years in a row in ALMS competition from 2001 through 2005, then had a run of three in a row from 2007 through 2009.
The team’s most recent win at CTMP came in 2014 when Magnussen and Antonio Garcia won the GTLM class in the No. 3 Corvette C7.R.

- Dane Cameron and Eric Curran each are carrying two-race win streaks at CTMP into the weekend, as they shared the Prototype and overall victories in each of the past two years in the No. 31 Action Express Racing entry.
This weekend, Cameron will go for his third straight alongside new co-driver Juan Pablo Montoya in the No. 6 Acura Team Penske ARX-05 DPI, while Curran is sharing the No. 31 Whelen Engineering Cadillac DPi-V.R with Felipe Nasr.

- Scott Sharp, who co-drives the No. 2 Tequila Patrón ESM Nissan DPi with Ryan Dalziel, has three previous victories at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, including an overall victory in 2009 in an Acura LMP1 race car.
- CORE autosport – which fields the No. 54 ORECA LMP2 car for Jon Bennett and Colin Braun – owns four PC class victories and also took a GTLM win with its Porsche GT Team program in 2015. Bennett and Braun are three-time winners in the PC class at CTMP.
- It’s been 19 years since No. 66 Ford Chip Ganassi Racing Ford GT driver Dirk Mueller won his first and only race at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. The German took an ALMS GT win there in 1999.

- Gustavo Yacaman, who drives the No. 52 AFS/PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports Ligier LMP2 machine, scored his only WeatherTech Championship victory to date at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, winning overall and in the Prototype class in the OAK Racing Nissan LMP2 car in 2014.
- Porsche is the winningest manufacturer at CTMP with 15 class victories, but Chevrolet is right on its heels.
The Bowtie Brigade has 13 victories on the ultra-fast Canadian circuit.

CORVETTE RACING IN CANADA: Home Away From Home

One of most successful venues for Corvette Racing in its 20 seasons

Championship-contending program going for 12th victory at CTMP
All four Corvette Racing drivers with past victories in Canada
Second race of back-to-back events for tea

If there is a home venue for Corvette Racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, then Canadian Tire Motorsport Park would be it.
So it’s understandable that there is great excitement within the perennial championship-winning program as it heads north of the U.S. border again to race in front of the Canadian fans.

The Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at the 2.459-mile, 10-turn circuit is an event which Corvette Racing has won 11 times since its first visit to the track formerly known as Mosport International Raceway.
Starting in 2000, the program has built a strong connection with the track and its fans that continues into Corvette Racing’s 20th season of competition.

All four Corvette Racing drivers – Antonio Garcia and Jan Magnussen in the No. 3 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C7.R, and Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner in the No. 4 Corvette C7.R – have scored victories at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in their careers with the program.
In fact, at least one Corvette Racing entry has climbed the class podium six times in the last seven seasons at the track.

This is the second of back-to-back event weekends with Corvette Racing finishing second and fifth in the WeatherTech Championship’s GT Le Mans (GTLM) class after six hours at Watkins Glen. Garcia and Magnussen were runners-up with Gavin and Milner in the top-five as well.
Both Corvettes led in class for significant chunks of time on a sweltering day at The Glen.

Temperatures should be much more manageable this weekend, but the challenge will be just as difficult. CTMP is a notoriously high-speed track with significant elevation changes and some of the fastest corners that Corvette Racing faces each year.

A clean race will go a long way in helping Corvette Racing defend its GTLM championships from a year ago.
This year’s title race is extremely close with the first six teams separated by just 10 points.
Garcia and Magnussen sit third and only four points from first place while Gavin and Milner are 10 points back in sixth place.
The Manufacturer Championship is just as close with Chevrolet only five points out of the lead.

The Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix begins at 2:05 p.m. ET. Same-day television coverage will air at 4 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1 with the FOX Sports Go app showing the race live.
Streaming in-car footage along with live audio coverage of practice, qualifying and the race from IMSA Radio is available on IMSA.com.

ANTONIO GARCIA, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R:

“It’s a shorter race than the last two we have done – Le Mans and Watkins Glen.
Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is pretty similar to Watkins Glen.
They are both fun circuits with a lot of speed. As a racing driver, I enjoy those a lot. I’m sure the setups will carry on somewhat from last weekend
We’ll see how the temperatures are. It should be quite bit cooler than Watkins Glen, which will make it more bearable for us and the team. We all are looking forward to going back there as we have a lot of history and a lot of wins there.
Hopefully we can have one more this weekend.”

JAN MAGNUSSEN, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R:

“I think with the way that we are working with our Corvette, you can carry some things over from Watkins Glen to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. But CTMP is really unique.
Like The Glen, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is one of my favorite places. It’s super old-school; the lap is so intense and so fast. Thankfully it’s a shorter race! Six hours around there would be tough!
Going back there is always a fantastic experience. We’ve had a lot of really good races there in the past. We’re looking forward to carrying on what we began at Watkins Glen and get more points for the championship.”

OLIVER GAVIN, NO. 4 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R:

“Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is a great, high-speed circuit and one of the fastest tracks we go to all year.
It’s a place where we have had a lot of success as a team.
Everyone at Corvette Racing enjoys going there, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s run by our ex-teammate and Corvette Racing legend Ron Fellows. It’s a well-run circuit and a great facility.
In a lot of ways it feels like home for us. This is a track we always look forward to, and hopefully we can carry some momentum from Watkins Glen and have a little bit better end to the race than we had in the Six Hours.
We’re hopeful and looking forward to it.”

TOMMY MILNER, NO. 4 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R:

“There are definitely some corners and sections of Watkins Glen that are similar to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
There is a little bit of a flow to CTMP than The Glen; there are a lot of high-speed corners in a row in Canada. Both are a lot of fun to drive and they have great rhythms.
They’re just a little different. Getting back on the U.S. Michelin tire and getting familiar with that again after having been on a different Michelin tire for Le Mans was nice. It takes a little bit of time getting accustomed to each set.
Having run our normal one here will put us in a better spot for CTMP.”

DOUG FEHAN, CORVETTE RACING PROGRAM MANAGER:

Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, formerly known as Mosport to those of us who have done this for more than five decades, is considered a second home for Corvette Racing.
Through the years, Canadian fans have displayed a level of knowledge and appreciation of sports car competition that is second to none. Not to mention, the drivers love the track layout.
The combination of speed and risk/reward is the absolute true measure of driving skill, and CTMP is the absolute best test in North America.
Every member of Corvette Racing is looking forward to our return this weekend.

CORVETTE RACING AT CANADIAN TIRE MOTORSPORT PARK: By the Numbers

DETROIT (July 4, 2018) – Corvette Racing may be an American team, but it also feels at home at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
Now in its 20th season of competition, the program has raced at the famed venue since 2000 and has recorded numerous successes there over the years. Ahead of this year’s Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix, take a look back at some of Corvette Racing’s best facts and figures through the years at CTMP:

1: As in one team, one manufacturer and one model of car for 20 years: Corvette Racing, Chevrolet and the Chevrolet Corvette.
3: Generations of Corvette Racing entries at CTMP since 2000 – Corvette C5-R (2000-04), Corvette C6.R (2005-13) and Corvette C7.R (2014-current).
7: Number of drivers who have won races at CTMP for Corvette Racing. Johnny O’Connell (6), Jan Magnussen (5), Oliver Gavin (4), Ron Fellows (3) and Olivier Beretta (2) each have multiple wins with the team.
7: Pole positions for Corvette Racing drivers at CTMP. Oliver Gavin leads with three with Antonio Garcia (2016) being the most recent.
8: As in Chevrolet’s small-block V8. More than 100 million units have been sold worldwide and is the most successful engine in American motorsports.
11: Class victories at Corvette Racing at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park – all since 2001.
12: Manufacturer Championships for Chevrolet and Corvette Racing since 2001.
16: Number of GT Le Mans wins in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship for Corvette Racing since the start of 2014. That’s the most of any manufacturer and team in GTLM.
19: Number of victories for Corvette Racing’s current lineup at CTMP:

Jan Magnussen: 5 Antonio Garcia: 1

Oliver Gavin: 4 Tommy Milner: 1

21: Tracks at which Corvette Racing has won races – Baltimore, COTA, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park/Mosport, Daytona, Detroit, Houston, Laguna Seca, Le Mans, Lime Rock, Long Beach, Miami, Mid-Ohio, Portland, Road America, Road Atlanta, Sebring, Sonoma, St. Petersburg, Texas, Trois Rivieres and Utah.
28: Number of drivers for Corvette Racing since 1999.
107: Victories worldwide for Corvette Racing – 99 in North America and eight at Le Mans.
206: Event starts by Corvette Racing since 1999.
9,958.95: Number of racing miles completed by Corvette Racing in its 18 previous trips to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. That represents 4,050 laps and approximately 40 trips from Detroit to Toronto.
278,482.37: Total number of racing miles completed by Corvette Racing since its inception. To put that in perspective Apollo 13 – the longest manned spaceflight in history – covered “just” 248,655 miles.

Corvette, BMW Adjusted in GT Le Mans

BoP adjustments have been made for the first time since Long Beach in GT Le Mans, most notably with a power increase to the Corvette C7.R.

The Pratt & Miller-built car will now have a 0.9mm larger air restrictor, bringing it to the same 31.5mm (x2) size as the Porsche 911 RSR.

BMW’s M8 GTE, meanwhile, faces a slightly reduced turbo boost for CTMP, despite struggling for pace at Watkins Glen.

Both the Audi R8 LMS and Porsche 911 GT3 R will have larger air restrictors in GT Daytona, with the Porsche having been given a 3mm increase, with a 1mm larger opening for the Audi.

While IMSA is typically required to publish BoP changes at least seven days prior to the start of each event, allowances have been given for CTMP, which falls the week after Watkins Glen.

“IMSA Technical Committee performed it’s standard post event data analysis for both the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge,” a statement from the series read.

“After careful consideration, and in advance of this week’s Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, IMSA will issue an updated Balance of Performance Table as permitted by IMSA 2018 Sporting Regulation attachment 2.4.5.”

In GTLM, Nick Tandy produced a stunning 1m13.517s lap, setting two laps good enough for class pole in Porsche 911 RSR #911.
“It’s good we can bring our tires up to temperature quickly,” said Tandy. “I’m sure we won’t have such an advantage over a long run. It’s been a good day for England, what with the World Cup and F1 results today. Hopefully we’ll stay in front.”

Ryan Briscoe grabbed second in his Chip Ganassi-run Ford GT, three tenths off Tandy’s pace with a 1m13.844s, ahead of the first of the Chevrolet Corvettes of Jan Magnussen.

A ragged Laurens Vanthoor was only fourth quickest in Porsche #912, over four tenths off the time of the pole-winning sister car.
Oliver Gavin qualified the #4 Corvette in fifth, ahead of the BMWs of Jesse Krohn and Alexander Sims.

Joey Hand was slowest of the class runners in the #66 Ford GT which won at Watkins Glen, after reporting an issue with the left-front corner of his car and pulling into the pits.

CORVETTE RACING IN CANADA: Top-Five Starts for Pair of Chevrolet Corvettes

Magnussen third, Gavin fifth in tight GT Le Mans battle

Corvette Racing going for 12th class victory at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
Second race of back-to-back events for team

BOWMANVILLE, Ontario, Canada (July 7, 2018) – Corvette Racing will start third and fifth with its pair of Chevrolet Corvette C7.Rs for the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park following an incredibly close GT Le Mans qualifying session Saturday.

The reigning GT Le Mans (GTLM) championship-winning program will go for its 12th class victory at the historic 2.459-mile, 10-turn layout Sunday.
It will mark Corvette Racing’s fifth event in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship this season.

Jan Magnussen qualified third in the No. 3 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C7.R that he will share with Antonio Garcia. Magnussen, who has five of his six CTMP victories with Corvette Racing, set a best time of 1:13.934 (119.733 mph) and finished within 0.417 seconds of pole-winner Nick Tandy.

Magnussen and Garcia are coming off a runner-up GTLM finish at Watkins Glen a week ago.
They won together at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in 2014 during the first year of the Corvette C7.R.

Oliver Gavin was fifth in the No. 4 Chevrolet Corvette at 1:14.080 (119.465 mph) that he drives with Tommy Milner.
Gavin sought his fourth career pole at CTMP. He and Milner won together at the track in 2013 in the final year of the Corvette C6.R.

Saturday’s qualifying results should put both Corvette Racing entries in good shape to improve their championship standings.

ET on FOX Sports 1 with the FOX Sports
Go app showing the race live. Streaming in-car footage along with live audio coverage of practice, qualifying and the race from IMSA Radio is available on IMSA.com.

JAN MAGNUSSEN, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – QUALIFIED THIRD IN GTLM:

“I’m quite happy.
This is as fast as we have ever been here, so obviously we have made good progress.
It’s super-tight, with the exception of the pole-sitter; he was three-tenths ahead and everyone else is just about the same.
Third is a good starting point for the race. Hopefully we can have a good start and make something happen.

I was very happy with the car. I did more laps in qualifying than ideally I like to because I knew I was just on the other side of the peak of the tire. I could still kind of massage a little bit to improve a little. But I’m happy with P3 and all the work the guys have done on the car – Kyle (Millay, engineer), Dan (Binks, crew chief) and the rest of the crew.
We’ll go to the race and see if we can get the most points.”

OLIVER GAVIN, NO. 4 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – QUALIFIED FIFTH IN GTLM:

“Right at the start, it looked like we had a good car.
Tire performance was there almost immediately, but I think I might have gone a bit too hard on the tire too soon.
We may also have missed it slightly on the pressures as well, so everything maybe grew a bit too quickly in terms of tire pressure and how the tire performed.
There was a small communication on the radio on some bits and pieces, so it wasn’t a completely clean and straightforward qualifying session.
But it was very close.

We’ll work hard at it and look at the data to try and tune up the car a little more.
We are definitely close and in the hunt. It’s a real battle.
If you take the pole-winning car away, you see that everyone else is pretty well right there together. So that’s encouraging.
It will come down to execution, and that’s what this team is so good at.”

End Of Race - Results

GT Le Mans, Nick Tandy took the lead from pole in Porsche #911, ahead of Jan Magnussen’s Chevrolet Corvette and the second Porsche of Laurens Vanthoor, with Ryan Briscoe (#67 Ford GT) losing two spots in the opening exchanges.

Jesse Krohn took the lead in the #24 BMW during the first round of pitstops, ahead of Tandy and Vanthoor. Tandy and then Vanthoor took advantage of DPi lappery to jump back ahead of Krohn to reinstate the Porsche 1-2.
But the #912 car’s race went south after Earl Bamber took over from Vanthoor at half distance, and following a slow stop, he collided with the #67 Ford GT of Richard Westbrook and later suffered an explosive puncture.

Drama also befell the #911 car when Patrick Pilet, in for Tandy, hit John Edwards’ BMW – sending the latter to the pits.
But his biggest threat was the fuel-gambling #67 Ford of Briscoe/Westbrook.

The penultimate yellow allowed Westbrook a ‘free’ pitstop, so he retained the lead and was able to record a sensational win.
Pilet then lost places to both Corvettes, with Garcia and Tommy Milner passing him in heavy traffic, and had to settle for fourth.

The #66 Ford of Dirk Muller/Joey Hand finished fifth, ahead of the delayed #912 Porsche.

During Sunday’s Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP), it was a case of the latter for the winning No. 67 Ford Chip Ganassi Racing Ford GT of Ryan Briscoe and Richard Westbrook in the GT Le Mans (GTLM) class.

After starting second – one week after collecting the pole position at Watkins Glen International – the No. 67 paced itself throughout the first half of the race, as each of the four manufacturers in the class took their turns atop the leaderboard.

With less than an hour remaining, Westbrook took the reins from starting co-driver Briscoe and ran second behind the No. 3 Corvette Racing Chevrolet Corvette C7.R of Antonio Garcia.
Garcia then ducked into the pits as the class was set to cycle through another round of stops and Westbrook cycled into the lead.

Drama quickly began to unfold as the No. 6 Acura Team Penske Acura DPi of Juan Pablo Montoya lost a tire on track, bringing out a full-course caution. Aware of the situation, the No. 67 Ford dove into the pits immediately before the caution was called and completed its stop as the safety car exited pit lane.

“You never stop believing,” said Westbrook.
“We really improved the car after first practice. It was a real handful. And at period of times during the race, it was still a handful.
We see stuff from the pickup. But when the guys gave me some clear track,
I managed to clean up the tires and the pace wasn’t too bad.

“They just did a great call, so this goes to the team and my fantastic teammate giving us a fantastic chance putting it on the front row, which was definitely over-achieving.
It just gives us great confidence knowing we can win in this way. It’s just great to be part of.”

The win at CTMP is the second of the year for Westbrook and Briscoe, who also delivered Ford Chip Ganassi Racing’s 200th team win at the Rolex 24 At Daytona in January.

And for the first time this season, the team entered the race weekend not in the GTLM championship lead, but in second place behind teammates Joey Hand and Dirk Mueller in the No. 66 Ford GT, who won last Sunday at at Watkins Glen.
However, with their victory and a fifth-place finish for the No. 66 at CTMP, Westbrook and Briscoe reclaimed their position at the top.

“Unreal,” said Briscoe of getting the championship lead back.
“This result today, as Rick said, played the strategy perfectly, play the traffic, and Rick just drove unbelievably.
I mean the car was not easy to drive today. He was just masterful. What a result. We’ll definitely take that.”

A pair of Corvettes rounded out the remaining steps on the GTLM podium, with the
No. 3 of Garcia and co-driver Jan Magnussen holding on to second place and the No. 4 Corvette of Tommy Milner and Oliver Gavin in third.

With the runner-up result, the No. 3 moves into second place in the point standings, six points out of first, 181-175.

CORVETTE RACING IN CANADA: Double Podium Finish in GTLM for Corvette C7.Rs

Garcia, Magnussen finish second with Gavin, Milner third in class

DETROIT (July 8, 2018) – Corvette Racing’s pair of Chevrolet Corvettes both finished on the class podium Sunday at the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
It marked the team’s first double podium of the season and allowed both Corvette C7.Rs to gain positions in the GT Le Mans (GTLM) points standings of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Antonio Garcia and Jan Magnussen placed second in the No. 3 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C7.R, just ahead of Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner in the No. 4 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Corvette.
The results vaulted Garcia and Magnussen to second place in the GTLM Driver’s Championship while Gavin and Milner are now tied for fourth.

Chevrolet also moved up a spot in the Manufacturer standings to second after six rounds.

The race featured six caution periods that allowed for a variety of pit stop strategies.
In the end, the No. 3 Corvette finished a spot higher than where it started, and the No. 4 C7.R improved two positions.

Magnussen qualified third but took second on the start from Ryan Briscoe and Gavin held position in fifth. Both Corvettes stopped 21 minutes in during the first yellow flag period for fuel and tires.
Garcia and Milner took over an hour later, with the Corvettes running first and third just before the GTLM contenders began to make their last stops.

Garcia came in with 55 minutes left to follow the No. 911 Porsche, which had been running second. Meanwhile, the No. 4 Corvette Racing team elected to keep Milner on track for another 20 minutes.
After a string of impressive laps where he was on pace of the cars that had fresher Michelin tires, Milner came in from the lead with 35 minutes with only one other GTLM car electing to stay out.

Unfortunately for the Corvettes, their lead challenger made its last stop just as the fifth caution period came out which kept the C7.Rs third and fourth when the race resumed with 20 minutes left.
The top five cars were nose-to-tail as Garcia and Milner moved up to second and third, respectively, but the final caution period with 13 minutes remaining stymied any chances for either car to challenge for the win.

The next event for Corvette Racing is the Northeast Grand Prix on July 20-21 from Lime Rock Park. The race begins at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 21 with FOX Sports 1’s same-day broadcast beginning at 4 p.m. ET.

ANTONIO GARCIA, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – SECOND IN GTLM:

“When you know you are running up front and are in the a good spot you need to do the normal strategy.
When the Porsche dove in, we had to follow them. It’s easy to say now that if we had stayed out and run deep in the stint, we would have been able to get a win. But the 67 was the one that pitted right before that yellow.
I was focused on saving my tires toward the end to get around the Porsche just in case there was a yellow.
We got one, but the down side of it was that the 67 was ahead of us.
But the strategy worked as I had better tires than the Porsche and could get by them on the last run.”

JAN MAGNUSSEN, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – SECOND IN GTLM:

“It was a tough race.
I think our car was pretty good. We had some amazing pit stops again from the guys.
Just with the way that the last safety car and how the Ford made it in and out without really taking a loss made it really difficult for us and not realistically a chance for us to come back. So, second and third is probably the best we could have hoped for in this situation.
On to the next one and see if we can get one better.”

OLIVER GAVIN, NO. 4 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – THIRD IN GTLM:

“You’ve got to say that it’s been a good points day for Corvette Racing.
The team performed exceptionally well as always. Great execution in the pit stops and Tommy (Milner) did a great job at the end there.
He was very, very fast and just didn’t get the rub of things you know just didn’t quite get the luck in the traffic and then also, the No. 67 definitely got some fortune when they could come into the pit lane under that caution at the end there.

You know I think we really had a genuine chance to fight them today, but it wasn’t to be so we have to sort of gather ourselves up and move on to Lime Rock. But good points, pleased for the guys, really solid strong event here for us, but we didn’t manage to get that victory that we are really wanting.
But we will move on to Lime Rock and see where we go from there.”

TOMMY MILNER, NO. 4 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C7.R – THIRD IN GTLM:

“Being by myself for a little bit there in that first stint, it was hard to know kind of what is going on with the pace and things like that. I had good information from our engineer Reed (Sullivan) to let me know that I was on a good pace basically.
We had a really good strategy there for the end.
We had a really fast car at the end, and ultimately second and third for the team is good.”
