Good method for cooling when high output engine is under load as Jeffy did with his dual turbo C5 for Open Road racing by laying radiator almost down and then venting hood above the fans
Fans can be popped out when not needed as in ORRs that engine is never at low engine loads or idle

OK I see this can it be done for a Street C6-Z06 effectively? Where is he getting fresh air the nose? if we need an AC Condenser will it fit in front by extending the lines??

This is common for all model Corvettes. Mallett does this to Corvettes he added boost to.
I also did it this way for the C4 Snakeskinner ZR-1
Cold air from the ground is flowed through, best is also venting the hood above fans to help draw cold air through
Yes you should be able to convert for A/C
