We tuned this 2006 Stock Z06 to see what the real numbers look like.
Weather was 72 degrees and 3,500 feet above sealevel.
All Data was obtained from a Ease PCM scanner.
Car owner did a testrun on street so maximum speed was 107 MPH at 5,920 RPMs.
Correct HP and Tq was for this testrun after 1st cut of the PCM tune : 546 HP with real wheel as 476 HP at 436 ft/lbs torque.
Owner will drive the car a few days and then we'll do a 2nd cut of tune to tweak the high end loads but customer says the Z06 really woke up with this tune so it looks like the new Z06 tunes up well and would be better with better quality cooler air being taken into the intake
Being it was 72 degrees we can see the design of the aircleaner is not good. Average drive IAT was 89 degrees with peaks of 149 degrees at idle so the 1st mod would be to build a true cold air box and prevent suckingin the hot engine bay air.

Also seen is the imbalance in fuel trims from left to right. about 3% leaner on left then right head.
