I found this over on corvetteforum... Another vendor riping people off on brakes this time. The first pat is from a guy who posted about it & got banned.

My buddy asked me to post this message of apology to the Forum members and the Admins:

"Apparently I have been banned from the Corvette Forum. While upsetting, I would have thought that a warning could have been issued and not a permanent ban. I could have simply removed my comment. Why have I been banned? Because I said that admin was doing nothing about the WDP issue. This was a direct violation of the forum rules which I was reminded of this morning with a thread by email and a notice of my ban.

So, I apologize to admin for making that statement. BTW, a simple email would have made me immediately remove it. Apparently I do not give enough to the Corvette Forum to warrant a warning, just an immediate ban. I guess I should have sent my money in last week for the gold member status as I have always loved this forum, maybe for my $200, I could have received a warning. Just aggravating.

However, I do not apologize to WDP in any way, shape, or form. Given the manner in which this transaction has been handled, I have decided to initiate a lawsuit against WDP for fraud and breach of contract, pending the results of Mr. Willis' (admin) discussions with them today. Considering the number of consumers who have been ripped off by WDP, I also plan to explore the possibility of class action status. Mr. Willis, I want nothing less than a full refund immediately in my PayPal account as that is the way I paid and I will not accept a check from WDP. FYI, they do not respond to faxes either.

Again, I apologize to admin for making that statement and would advise
anyone to never make such a statement as that is why we check the box saying "I agree" when we register.

snootch - lied to like everyone else about shipping but eventually got correct order
Z284U2TRY - CRACKED ROTORS AND WDP WILL NOT WARRANTY 5K miles
MSJHWT - took a long time but is happy

Total extoration racket those forums have.

So let me see the vendor's pay 200-300 bucks a month in kickback fees,
vette owners who write that forums product in posts then pay a $200 fee to be GOLD and in the end freedom of speech and 1st hand experience are not allowed.

That forum should be raided by Ellott Ness :-(

Well tell that guy he can post in our Useless Vendor section if he did business with that vendor and not even when pigs fly would I remove his content.
