I ordered a set of Kooks headers with Hi-flo cats and X-pipe on Oct.6 from TByrne motorsports for $1439 shipped. Then found out I needed O2 extensions that weren't provided. Another $100. Then the NEXT DAY the same setup was $1350 shipped WITH extensions. I Politely called up and asked if I could possibly get some kind of credit since I'm a local customer and have purchased there before. No dice. It seems like they could have done something to keep this customer happy. I also ordered a part that I wanted to return before it even arrived at my door. (changed my mind on it) I would have gladly paid for shipping both ways. Nope...20% restock fee. I guess I expect customer service like Mid America provides. Am I expecting too much?

That vendor is a lowlife, they continually proclaim special prices but cannot in public say what the prices are.
I have seen multi times that vendor tells one person one price and another a different price so in the end no one really knows if they got a decent price or were ripped off.
This vendor has very lttile in stock or overhead, they claim deals, take everyones money, pockets the high profits and then pays the OEM so its all profit and lots of BS as to the claimed special prices.

I got screwed with them once in a so called Forum special to find out I paid 30 bucks more then another vendor at normal price.
