I ordered a set of Kooks headers with Hi-flo cats and X-pipe on Oct.6 from TByrne motorsports for $1439 shipped. Then found out I needed O2 extensions that weren't provided. Another $100. Then the NEXT DAY the same setup was $1350 shipped WITH extensions. I Politely called up and asked if I could possibly get some kind of credit since I'm a local customer and have purchased there before. No dice. It seems like they could have done something to keep this customer happy. I also ordered a part that I wanted to return before it even arrived at my door. (changed my mind on it) I would have gladly paid for shipping both ways. Nope...20% restock fee. I guess I expect customer service like Mid America provides. Am I expecting too much?
