People have been getting ripped off by this company that used to be a supporting vendor on Corvetteforum.
I ordered online a set of wheels from Radical Wheels Inc. on 28 Oct. I was delighted (initially) to see that my Master Card was immediately debited as that usualy means the merchandise has been shipped. But, in this case NOTHING, no tracking numbers or emails, save one phone call Nov 1st with an excuse that vendor was at SEMA show but we'd be in contact again on monday 6th.
Now, no response to my emails or phone messages. I have contacted MasterCard and filed a "Dispute Action" but could take as long as 30 days to remove my responsiblity from the charges.
I just want my wheels I paid for or a return of my money so I can shop elsewhere.
BEWARE
A week after this guy makes a purchase he gets a response from a site admin...
I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach Radical Wheels and so have temporarily suspended them as a supporting vendor until they get back in touch with me.
Someone else chimes in that CF has known that there was something fishy going on for a month before any action was taken...
