Today I went to Speed Merchants ( Santa Clara Ca) and bought new rear tires.
They then were to install them by removing the Hoosiers that were on the rims.

Being the wheels have a locked lug nut, they took the lock and instead of properly taking that locking lug off by hand, they used a impact wrench and stripped not one but both wheel's locking lugs by stripping the lock and hence neither wheel can now be taken off.

They then had the nerve to say it must have been ruined by others in the past when the locks were brand new and installed by hand only two weeks ago.
Being the locking lugs are round and are recessed into the rim, there is no way short of cutting off these %1,500 per wheel rims.

Pretty crapy workmanship and zero hands on experience I would say.
