You find a lot of myths in cyberspace on how to test and tune for performance.
One myth is WOT (really PE) is only when the gas pedal is 99.6 or greater to the floor.
Another myth is WOT is only fuel trim cell 22, which also is not correct.
Following shows that not to be true :
You can see in the graph, that at high RPMs, TPS is only 70% and fuel trim cell is 15. Within 5 seconds speed has increased 30 MPH plus so this is not part throttle cruising.

We know it was in PE because LTFTs have gone to zero because the tune is about perfect.
This testrun had over 16,000 non idle PCM cycles.
By using proper test methods this powertrain has a stroker engine, 11:3.1 compression, cam, headers, etc, plus using Ca smoggas and still does not have misfire or any knock.
By tuning as many do, i.e WOT being only 100 % TPS and cell 22 I could not get this type of tuning.

Using Ease scanner, it's Meter functions not only report low, min, max, at the moment, bit also calculates the averages so you do not need to analyze in Excel to find averages for like fuel trims, 02s, etc.

The meters again show the PCM was in PE mode but TPS was only 70% and in cell 15, thus PE is as what is seen by the conditons and PE tables within the PCM.
