If having problems with any of these here is the module taken out as in this case everything worked corrected but when lights were on only then rear tail lights would not work

Here is the module taken out of steering column



The 8 contacts ( on right side) seen are for the turn signals.

When the arm is turned as when controling lights there is a black gear at the end of the arm that when turned causes the white cam ( shown left) wheel to turn and open or close the contacts on each side.
In this case one cantact was not mating when it should have so me simply bending contact corrected the problem



Otherwise the replacement cost of this module is not cheap when you can see it is mostly contacts that could be out of alignment or dirty and you can fix for no cost.
