I installed this for a 2007 coupe owner.
He bought the bar and I installed it.
As you notice the ends are mounted behind the hatch trim
This makes the install much harder and frankly if someone was inspecting the car at some race and could not see how it was mounted they might fail the car.
Second is you see no center support and I think nder a high load crash thar bar could bend inwards and become useless
