Some owners of a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe may comment that the assist pull down handle is missing on the rear hatch.

This handle aided in pulling the rear hatch from an ajar position to a closed position.

The pull assist handle was eliminated from the rear hatch in early 2007 production.
This was a 2007 design change and no attempts to add this feature are recommended.

TIP: This concern typically occurs with a customer that owned a prior model year Corvette with this feature and now has a 2007 model year Corvette without it.
