If needing to connect to the proper signal for the speed sensing circuit, I went through the PCM schmatics and it should be clear that the proper filtered VSS signal is found on PCM connector C2(red)pin 50 using a dark green/white wire.
This would have a cleaner signal then the unfiltered circuit.
I would use this for like a race or rally computer for obtaining that signal for open road racing.

Pins 20 and 21 are the unfiltered Vss signal from the VSS in the output of the trannie.

If needing the tach output use pin 10 of the same connector.
