Can you believe it is seven years later and we had a tuning customer who just bought one of these wings from this same vendor at a cost now of $1,450 !
Wing is delivered to the customer as of this date, takes it out of the crate to find no mounting plates, no mounting hardware, no side plates and all their mounting screws
He calls and talks to Ernie and tells him this and Ernie's reply is " How do I know you did not lose the parts and do not want to admit to it ?"
He just clipped the guy for that kinda money and makes it look like the guy is lying
Customer the asks how to resolve this and ernie tells him, he is too busy and rather not deal with it so call back next day and NOT to ask for him.
Customer calls next day and talks to someone else who clearly knew they forgot to puts the parts into the crate.
You'd think ernie would get on the phone and take back the crap he told him ?
No, he got the guys money and that's all ernie is about, money and who cares about quality or good customer service
