Here is more test data and outcome

With the new CAM grind,
Overall engine requires less fuel. Injector duty cycle dropped from 81% to 64%

Has more torque but less top end horsepower because
CAM grind pulls well mid RPMs but engine does not pull really over 5700 RPMs where other CAM allowed 1,000 RPMs more to 6700 RPMs.
