Owner we tuned a few years ago that has the twin turbo mounted back by mufflers recently desided to change CAM. After the change engine was not running well and we just retuned it.
Cause was the mods installed
Cam. .228in. /.234ex .589 in.lift/ .598 ex on a 120deg. LSA.
New dual springs and new lifters. New airbridge, NO cats.
9.5 to 1 compression pistons. Same Lingenfelter LS-6 heads. 60 lb/hr Injectors Shorty headers.
Before changing CAM the injectors are really too large at 60 lbs/hr. With the older CAM and higher engine compression the injector duty cycle with use of water/meth injection was 83%
Now without even running the water/meth max duty cycle was only 69%. Notice the 120 LSA of new CAM.
In this makeup best case is to swap to a 48 lb injector as of now PCM has to command injector pulse width ON less then 2.4 mSec when best would be about 3 mSec and after this tune to lean up how rich engine is now running the pulse width will be even shorter and PCM cannot command well with such ON times

Here is more test data and outcome
With the new CAM grind, Overall engine requires less fuel. Injector duty cycle dropped from 81% to 64%
Has more torque but less top end horsepower because CAM grind pulls well mid RPMs but engine does not pull really over 5700 RPMs where other CAM allowed 1,000 RPMs more to 6700 RPMs.
New CAM, lower engine compression data results on right side

Car owner is driving the car a few weeks to see how the engine performs now to compare to the old setup and either will have to deal with this setup or says he will go back to old setup.
When he sends me more scanner data to analyze we will then have a viewpoint to post here as the end results.
