If the pump for your water/methanol injection is older then 2 years old and is a Shurflo pump it is possible the main seal due to methanol is leaking which reduces pressure.

New seals made differently will not degrade, costs about $15 and I'd suggest replacing with new style.

Only takes about 30 minutes to do the replacement
