Condition
Some customers may bring their vehicles into the dealership for a concern relating to the operation of their power windows.

Correction
Diagnose the exterior door handle switch as a possible cause for this condition.
If diagnosis confirms the condition is caused by the exterior door handle switch, replace both driver and passenger switches. Be sure to mark which switch comes from the driver and passenger doors. Parts will be requested back through the Warranty Parts Center return process.
