Owner of this ragtop C5 working in the Santa Cruz Ca area, someone cut the ragtop and put lighted road flares onto each seat.
So in this case a USELESS human lies forever with the useless vendors

If anyone knows about this and who might be the low life MF'er let us know so they can be dealt with.
