Teammate Forrest drive multi states so we could custom tune his 2016 C7 ZO6 that is stock

We did some testruns while recording the OBD-II data and as seen with other C7 Z06s was biased by GM as to rich due to Ethanol gas
Testruns were done at 3,800 feet elevation

Being he lives in 6,000 feet plus elevation made it even richer and with Z06 having about 6,000 miles on it was clear how rich as all four
muffler tips were covered in rich carbon buildup

Scanner data showed the Long Term Fuel Trims (LTFT) peaking as much as -12% rich, even too rich under hi boost around 135 MPH

As with other C7 owners, Forrest asked we turn off the DOD (AFM) and command the innercooler pump and coolant fan to come on sooner
We still have not come across a Z06 we tuned that was running to hot and these testruns coolant temps never went over 205 degrees and
incoming air temps about same as outside weather.

We leaned up the fueling trims and even with more timing added after the custom tune we did some hard pulls and all looked good with
LTFTs about 2% lean

Flywheel horsepower gains reported close to 700 with very little engine knock with leaner AFRs

Results shown below is after our custom tune and the LTFTs before and after out tuning
