I wanted to run the BFG drag radials that are on rims from my ZR-1.
I installed one of them on the rear :



As you can see the tire on the right sticks past the rear quarter panel by about 3 inchs at the bottom and about 2 inches at the top.

Thus the stock ZR-1 rims do not have enough offset to be used on a C5.

Damn - you should have put up those pictures of the mallet wheels on my LS1. We could not even lower the car!
