He is a phony, cruises around in a parking lot at low speeds where the turbos would not even be under boost and
without any tuning you can be sure the engine would not stay together very long

I doubt GM would give him insight or tools to gain access to controllers as keep in mind that also means the TCM for the DCT tranny and
the eLSD controller would also have to be custom tuned
