Video from the California Highway Patrol shows a high-speed pursuit in the Bay Area that lasted for almost an hour.

Much of the chase happened on northbound Interstate 880 on Saturday evening near Oakland,
but it did carry over to interstates 580 and 238, with the driver maintaining speeds around 100 mph and going as fast up to 130 mph, CHP said.
The chase eventually ended up going through city streets.

In the video, you can see the driver in a dark-colored C7 Corvette weaving through traffic. Around five minutes in, the chase ends when the driver got into a crash.

The Corvette sped through an intersection, where it was sideswiped by a white car.

The suspect was not injured and was taken into custody afterward, CHP said.

CHP said it used its aerial unit to keep track of the Corvette, while CHP officers on the ground followed from a distance.
