There may be several power seat adjustment conditions found on some 2020-2021 Corvette,
CT4, CT5; 2021 Envision, Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban and Yukon models.
The seat adjustment conditions may include:
• The Auto Entry/Exit functions are intermittently or consistently inoperable.
• The seat may intermittently not recall or exit despite the personalized settings being set.
• Limited seat movement in one direction (specifically, unable to move the reclined axis).
• The driver’s seat back will not recline, or the seat will not move to the full rearward or forward position.
• Seat only slightly moves when the seat adjustment switch is activated
• In addition to any of these conditions, a Service Driver Assist message may be displayed on the Driver Information Center.
• Models equipped with Super Cruise also may have the Super Cruise function drop out intermittently and the External Object Calculation Module (EOCM) may set
DTC U0211 (Lost Communication) and/or U0512 (Invalid Data) against the Memory Seat Module.
The  Driver Seat Adjuster Memory Module receives serial data messages from other modules and provides voltage to control the  Front Seat Lane Departure Warning Actuators.
The  Driver Seat Adjuster Memory Module will pulse the left, right, or both  seat warning actuators with the number of pulses requested over serial data.
• To address these seat adjustment conditions, an updated calibration is now available.
Reprogram the Driver Seat Adjuster Memory Module. Refer to K40D Driver Seat Adjuster Memory Module: Programming and Setup in Service Information.
• Be sure to follow all service programming guidelines in the appropriate Service Information.
