There was a thread discussing some who have a “shudder” and I happened to be one of them.
The problem ended up being my Camshaft Position Actuator Magnet sensor.
I believe the part can be purchased for less than $50, but the engine must be taken out along with all that encompasses when removing an engine.

I’m sure GM is taking a minimum 5K hit under warranty, but just letting you know what your problem may be if you feel the shudder.
You can see the jump on your tach as you drive and also the “g” meter will be jumping even when on flat roads at steady speed.

While being serviced, they also found a small oil leak, requiring 2 seals to be replaced.

He also mentioned that the GM Regional Service rep stopped by and stated they are seeing this more often recently.
