Wow going on 3 weeks and these have not been answered yet ?

Pictures are worth a 1,000 words so should be easy to answer.

I'll give up G.

Any time the PCM has lost power then all the things the PCM has learned about the driving conditions and PCM adjusting for them has been lost.
Being the PCM does Adaptive Learning it could take some days for all the relearns to be done again not only for how the engine is commmanded to run but also the EPA onboard smog tests to re-test and get back to a PASSED state.

Somehow there has to be a way to speed up this relearn process. Consider going to a dealer and they do something, BANG PCM back to a relearn state and next day you have to go in for a smog test but you'd fail since the smog tests are in retest mode again.
Also lets say some shop fixes something because car is failing smog tests. There has to be a easy way for relearns else the shop then could not do the smog tests to see if the repairs solved the failed smog tests

To speed these relearn proces up the PCM has a LEARN process. Image G shows that learn process by following the drive cycle it shows.
PCM sees this drive meets the relearn process and says "ahh" run relearn process now, so if following what is in G the test and relearn are quickly done.

Each part of G is showing what functions get tested/relearned

OK now lets see some of you take a crack at the others and everyone can add more content to what others have posted.
