ok I've got a problem with the high beams in my 92. if the steering wheel(tilt) is in the 2 bottom positions pulling the stalk for high beams doesn't work. it moves but the lights do not come on. in all the higher positions they work fine. could the switch inside have rotated or something? anyone else have this problem before?
