Ok big tranny problem. let me recap. for roughly the last year tranny is slow going into gear. roughly 3-5 seconds after putting the shifter in a gear, didn't matter which gear. in the last 2 mos its been faster getting into gear initally but slips untill about 1100rpm before the car really moves. this is only in Drive, all other gears work normally most times. every once in a while the slipping showed up with it in another gear (2nd, 1st). so to start out i had been using 2nd and the shifting it to drive once i was moving. today i leave the house and its acting as usual(car in 2nd to start) when i shifted it into drive i could tell there was some slip. when i got to the first stoplight it was slipping badly when in drive but buy puttting it in 2nd i could get going with moderate slip. at the next stop all the forward gears are slipping badly but got it moving. I'm at work now and really need to get some idea as to what just happened. I'm gonna try and limp her home at lunch.
