The aftermath of a new Torch Red Z06 Convertible which fell off an unnamed dealer’s service department lift while being prepped for customer delivery

The Dealer technicians are continuing to make this rookie mistake that the lift arm wasn’t properly positioned, which led to “the Corvette Z06 gets sliced like butter.” due the lift arm wasn’t at the correct jack points.

The rear lift points on the C8 Corvette were moved further back to make up for the 40/60 percent weight distribution of the car.

Yet, this is at least the fifth C8 we’ve seen fall off a dealer’s lift that we know of.
