2 C4s ( 1 with NOS), 3 2001 Z06s, and 7 base C5s met today and we all made 3 runs on a chassie dyno. 1 C4 and 2 C5s had A4 trannies.

All C5s had their PCM monitored and recorded for all the runs they did so I need a little time to format and get into an internet form to publish this massive amount of useful information which I should get done within the nect couple of days along with the type of mods they had so stay tuned.

Weather was in the 90's and no external fan was used to reduce IAT.

My ears need a rest from all that WOT blasting smile

A compare of 8 C5s during their dyno via the recorded Ease PCM scanner traces.

Notice the number to the left of owner's name.
Use that number to follow that owners car in the slideshow from last post and also this compare slideshow.

Review them carefully, I placed some differences notes in what I saw.

How long an injector is told to spray is in mSeconds.

As to the dyno's I choose to crosslink yours and my first dyno runs and graph timing to popup something for you.

As you can see timing was not kind to you at load.
As you can see mine stayed nice and high most of the way due to my tuning,
at around 5500 RPMs where yours stopped,
Mine could continue to 6,600 RPMs but something caused timing to drop to 22 degrees.

If you now look at the PCM trace you see :

As I entered WOT, notice big jump in RPMs, LTFT go to zero.
MAF jumps by 6* also so does delivered torque ( in Nmeters), MAP goes almost double
and O2s <b>report</b> (in overall run, not just this small part of it) engine has gotten richer.
This follows due to me forcing richer with the MAFT before the dyno runs and upstream O2s reporting .952 averages during WOT

I see what you mean - I think most LSx should have a similar pattern right?

I will need to tune that MAFT then sometime.
